If I order today when will I receive my goods?
All orders placed before 2pm Mon – Fri will be despatched same day for a next day delivery if within the UK. If you order on a Friday after 2pm or Saturday or Sunday then your order will be despatched on Monday. Our courier company works Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays etc)
Where do you deliver to?
If you place an order online we will deliver free of charge anywhere in the UK! If you require delivery outside of the UK then please call us to place your order, we will give you a price for delivery and arrange everything for you.
How much do you charge for delivery?
It’s FREE DELIVERY anywhere in the UK. If you require delivery outside the UK, call us for a quote and to place your order.
Do your prices include VAT?
All prices stated on our website are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Do you offer trade discounts?
The answer to this is simply yes! If you order regularly then please call our friendly staff and they will look at doing you deal on all your consumables.
How do I know what analogue chart to order?
Tachograph units are usually one of three types: Manual, Automatic or Combi. A manual is where you manually turn your tacho to break (rarely used these days), an Automatic does it for you and a Combi does both. Most vehicles use a ‘Combi’ chart these days. Our product shots show detailed photographs of our charts so you could match up to them or alternatively, call our team on 01904 608852 and we will be able to guide you in the right direction.
Are your Digital Tachograph Rolls fully approved?
Yes they are! We were the first company in the UK to manufacture Digital Tachograph Rolls so we know all the up to date legislation and make sure our rolls are of the highest standard. We firmly believe in manufacturing to the highest of standards using the best top coated thermal fully approved paper for the job. There are lots of cheap imitations on the market, some are not even approved for use in Europe, so you can rest assured knowing that TACHO2 products are of the highest quality and do exactly what they are supposed to.
Do you have any special offers / discounts etc?

I have ordered the wrong thing, what do I do?
No problem, you are only human! Just give us a call and we can arrange collection of your goods (at a charge) or you can just return the goods yourself to us for refund or exchange. Just give our team a call on 01904 608852 and we will arrange all this with you.
I am not happy with my purchase?
Not something we hear here at TACHO2 but, it’s not a problem, call us and we will sort out any query with you. We at TACHO2 want you to be happy and we will go all out to make sure you are smiling in the end!
I notice that you can checkout as a guest or create an account – what should I do?
You can checkout as a guest if you prefer, but as there is no difference in time to create an account so you may as well take advantage of creating an account with us. All you do is create a user name and a password for our site. This means you will be able to view your account history, store multiple delivery addresses and take advantage of any special offers or promotions we may send you. We promise not to send you spam and we will not pass on your details to any third parties.
I have received my order of digi rolls, charts etc – how should I store them?
You should store everything in a dry location with a moderate temperature. Thermal rolls should be kept in a dark place out of direct sunlight. Once any thermal paper is exposed to light the quality starts to degrade. Thermal rolls should be kept away from any heat source such as bright sunlight, heaters and radiators as they are obviously heat sensitive.
